Sizing Chart
Most outfits are elasticised and use hook and loop fastenings to allow plenty of room for movement and growth. All outfits are available in size 3-5 years apart from the Pierot is available in 12-18 months and 18-24 months. However all outfits are individually made so if another size is required please request it on the order from.

Ordering
Online shopping is very easy and you have the same options as you do in a high street store. You can browse the products available or if you know what you want go straight to it.

You can order as many items as you like and send a cheque for the total including post and packaging to Maggie Toy, 60 Torbay Road, London, NW6 7DZ. Cheques Made payable to C Margaret Toy. You can also pay for goods via Paypal

Delivery & Returns
Delivery Charges
The standard 3 working day delivery charge is £3.95 to addresses in the UK mainland. EU and the rest of the world will be charged at £6.95.

Despatch
Goods will be despatched to reach UK mainland customers within 10 working days from receipt of order, subject to availability. However, you will be advised if any of your ordered items are temporary unavailable, and therefore will need to be made to order and how long this will take. We can therefore check that any such delay will be acceptable to you before going ahead with the order. If your order is non standard then delivery times will be agreed on an individual basis.

Returns
We must be informed by e-mail if any items arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly despatched within 3 days of receipt, at which stage a replacement item and return of the original item will be arranged.

Goods that are not defective or incorrectly despatched must be returned to us undamaged and in the original packaging, within 15 working days of receipt for a full refund of the costs of the goods. Return postage costs will be at your own expense. Proof of postage is required in the event of a lost package.

Non UK Mainland Customers - Goods that are not in any way defective or incorrectly supplied must be returned undamaged in their original packaging within 28 days for a full refund of the cost of the goods. Return postage costs will be at your own expense. Proof of postage is required in the event of a lost package.All returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
Delivery to the Western Isles of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland together with some other UK postal addresses are subject to supplementary delivery charges or longer delivery times. If in any doubt as to whether this applies to your area, please email customer services (click here)

A delivery made to customer's specified address which is returned to us as undeliverable may be refunded excluding the original postage and packing charge. If an alternative address is requested a second post and packing charge will be incurred.

Title to any products ordered will only pass to you on delivery. Every care has been taken to ensure that description, colour and specification are representative of the product but individual variations may occur which users of this site must be aware of and accept. If you are unhappy with the product in anyway please feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to rectify any problems as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Payment
Orders placed out of normal working hours (9 am-4pm Monday to Friday) will be processed during the next working day. Cheques will be cashed on despatch of the order.

The Toy Factory operates as Maggie Toy Sole trader operating as The Toy Factory and as such the laws governing these terms and conditions shall fall solely within the jurisdiction of the English courts.
